1、Temperature

Temperature is a physical quantity that indicates the degree of heat and cold of an object. Microscopically, it is the intensity of the thermal motion of the molecules of an object.

Temperature can only be measured indirectly by certain characteristics of the object as it changes with temperature, and the scale used to measure the value of the object's temperature is called the temperature scale. It specifies the starting point of temperature reading (zero point) and the basic unit for measuring temperature. The international unit is the thermodynamic scale (K). Other temperature scales currently used internationally are Fahrenheit (°F), Celsius (°C) and the international practical temperature scale.

From the molecular motion theory point of view, temperature is an indication of the average kinetic energy of the molecular motion of an object. Temperature is a collective expression of the thermal motion of a large number of molecules and contains statistical significance.

Among the wide variety of sensors, temperature sensors are one of the most widely used and fastest growing sensors. Industrial production automation process, temperature measurement points to account for about half of all measurement points.
